It Makes Sense Limited is the licensed distributor of Diono products in New Zealand.

It Makes Sense was formed in 2006 and is owned and operated by Daniel and Nina Thomas.

As parents of a growing family we're constantly on the lookout for new products that other parents could benefit from or fill a gap in the NZ market, things that just make sense!

Whilst pregnant with our 3rd child (which turned out to be triplets) we quickly realised that there was a severe shortage of child restraints suitable for families of 3+ children which could fit in the average vehicle whilst still offering excellent safety ratings. In fact there were no suitable seats available in New Zealand. Our search base was expanded outside New Zealand and we quickly found that this was a very common problem faced by parents around the world. Thankfully the team at Diono (formerly Sunshine Kids) had a solution for us and it was so great we felt we had to share it with other Kiwi's.
